Refund and Returns Policy

At Spectrum360, we take great care in delivering healthy, beautiful plants and quality accessories to your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to feel confident when shopping with us.

Returns

  • Plants are living products, so we generally do not accept returns once they leave our store.

  • However, if your order arrives damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Non-plant items (such as pots, tools, or accessories) can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds for plants (due to damage or incorrect items) will be processed as store credit or replacement.

  • For non-plant items, refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we encourage you to place a new order once your return/refund is processed.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your plant delivery; we cannot be responsible for plants left outside for extended periods.

  • Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
