Delivery Policy for Spectrum 360
At Spectrum 360, we are committed to getting your beautiful new plants & flowers to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our delivery policy below.
- Delivery Areas & Fees
We currently deliver to the following emirates:- Dubai & Sharjah:25 AED per order.
- Abu Dhabi:35 AED per order.
- Delivery to other emirates may be available upon special request. Please contact us before ordering.
- Delivery Timeframe
- Processing Time:All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We need this time to carefully select, prepare, and package your plants to ensure they arrive in perfect health.
- Delivery Time:Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1-2 business days within the cities mentioned above.
- Total Estimated Time:Please allow 2-4 business days total from the time you place your order until it arrives at your door.
- Deliveries are made seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays, during regular business hours.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched with our delivery partner, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable) to monitor your shipment’s status. - Careful & Specialized Handling
We understand that plants are living things. Our team is expert in packaging them securely to withstand the journey. Your plants will be safely potted, stabilized, and packaged to prevent soil spillage and damage to leaves and stems. - What to Do Upon Delivery
Please inspect your plants immediately upon delivery. If there is any significant damage or health issue caused by transit, please contact us within 24 hoursof delivery at support@landscaping.spectrum360.ae]with clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will happily work with you to find a solution. - Important Notes
- Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Failed Deliveries: If our delivery partner is unable to complete the delivery due to an incorrect address or the recipient not being available, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- Weather Conditions: For the safety of the plants during extreme summer heat, we may schedule deliveries for the early morning or evening and may occasionally pause delivery services on weather advisory days. We appreciate your understanding.
