Tabebuia rosea, also known as Pink poui, Pink tecoma, Rosy trumpet tree, is a wide upright evergreen or deciduous tree with a long smooth trunk. Leaves are oblongs to ovate-elliptic, leathery, scaly and mid- to dark green in color. Funnel-shaped, white, pink or lilac flowers with yellow eyes fading to white are produced.

In general, Tabebuia makes an excellent shade, lawn, or street tree, or border plant. Well suited to the coastal garden. Flowers are spring flowers are bell-shaped.
